80th Anniversary Tour of Spain
From 22 August to 13 September, the 80th anniversary of the Tour of Spain is celebrated for this reason three Radio Clubs, ROS EUROPEAN CLUB (ERC), VICTOR MIKE DELTA DX GROUP (MDV) and join CLUB RADIO ASSOCIATION Alcarrenian (ARCA), to publicize the event.
The diploma is subject to the following
BASES
The diploma is open to amateurs and listeners.
Validity of contacts:
Shall be valid contacts made with special stations EH3VCE, EH4VCE and EH5VCE (hereinafter EHxVCE stations) that will be active during the Tour of Spain, repeatable contact with the same EHxVCE on the same day as long as either a mode and / or different band.
It means modes the following modes:
Phony: Any type of modulation in which the voice is used.
MGM: Any kind of mode generated by machines.
CW: CW
Contacts made 2 or more times with the same station on the same day EHxVCE, band and thus not valid and the system will reject it automatically.
Types of diplomas:
2 types diplomas will be awarded depending on the number of contacts made. 2 diplomas solely in mixed mode.
Silver Diploma.
For the silver certificate will be required 15 contacts.
Gold Diploma.
For the silver certificate will be required 20 contacts.

Getting diplomas:
The contacts are automatically managed and can be viewed on the web http://ehxvce.blogspot.com.es/
The diploma will be done fully automatically from that site once obtained the required contacts.
Listeners:
The conditions for obtaining the diplomas are the same as for amateurs.
For a listener can establish a contact it must indicate at least 3 consecutive EHxVCE communications made between a station and its correspondents. Such statements must indicate the following fields: “Day, Frequency, Time UTC, and Mode 3 consecutive contacts.”
Listeners should log in adif send the following email format: ea3hky@gmail.com, indicating in the subject the applicant indicative listener.

Emails from listeners who do not meet these conditions will be discarded.
